I’ve been enjoying how the lessons are organized. It’s easy to pick up where I left off or move around between sections when I need to. A few of the courses might be a little easier to navigate if the chapter names were clearer, but it’s not a big issue. Overall, everything feels neat and simple to follow, which makes learning at my own pace really convenient.

I went into this hoping it would actually get some creative ideas going, but honestly... it just felt flat. There was a lot of talking, but somehow not much that made me want to jump up and try anything new?! Maybe other people will connect with it more, but I didn’t really get much out of it.

I do like that the sessions don’t come off super fake or overly staged. A lot of it feels natural, which is why I kept watching. But some parts still seem a little too edited, like you’re not really getting the full picture or the feeling of actually being in the room. That kind of makes me question what’s being left out, and it’s made me lose some trust in it. Overall it still feels more genuine than a lot of stuff out there, but I’m not as convinced as I wanted to be.

I was looking into Mix With The Masters the other night after dinner, mostly because I’d been watching a bunch of production videos on YouTube and thought it might be worth trying. The problem was that the pricing didn’t feel clear enough to me. I had to click around more than I expected just to figure out what I’d actually be paying for, which got annoying fast.
For something at that price point, I really want to see the cost, what’s included, and any limits or catches laid out before I sign up. Maybe the lessons are great, and they probably are, but the way the pricing was presented made me hesitate and lose a bit of trust before I even got started

There’s some useful stuff in here, and I did pick up a few good tips. That said, if you’re brand new, it might feel a little confusing at times. Some parts also felt kind of unnecessary, like they could’ve been skipped or explained more simply.

I’ve been using the site for a bit and overall I feel good about it. The videos are nice, and the teachers explain things in a way that usually makes sense. But yeah, sometimes it gets kind of tough if English isn’t your first language. The subtitles do help, but I kept feeling like it would be so much better if there were more language options. Even with that, I still think it’s a solid site and I’m glad I tried it.

I signed up excited because the videos looked like exactly what I needed, the ones I’ve watched have been really helpful. The problem is that after getting through a few sessions, I found myself checking back every couple of days hoping something new had been added. Most of the time, there wasn’t much. For the price, I expected updates to come a bit more regularly. It’s good content when it shows up, but it would feel much more worth it if new sessions were added more often

I canceled my plan today, i was expecting it to be a whole thing. You know how some sites make you click around forever or suddenly need to “confirm” five different times? Not the case here. I logged in, poked around for a minute, found the option, and it was basically done in a few clicks. The confirmation showed up right away too, which was nice because I always get paranoid that something didn’t go through. So yeah, surprisingly easy.

I had this weird issue trying to get into my account and I was confused about what was going on. I figured it was going to turn into a long hassle, but support got back to me faster than I expected. They fixed the login problem and explained it in a way that actually made sense. No endless back and forth or anything, just got it sorted. Really happy with how they handled it.

It’s okay, but for my personal standard, I prefer something deeper when I’m mixing. This ended up feeling a little too shallow for the way I usually use it.

I liked how this wasn’t just a bunch of theory or whatever. I watched a few of the mixing videos, tried some of that stuff in my own session, and it made a noticeable difference quickly. It feels really hands-on, like you can take this or that tip and actually use it right away.

I originally joined for the videos, but I’ve ended up using the community part the most. People are helpful, answer questions, and share useful tips without making it feel competitive or full of ego. It’s been a nice place to get feedback and see how other people approach things. I’m happy with it

The site does what it’s supposed to do, which is always a fun little surprise. That said, getting around feels a bit clunky, like it’s making sure I really earn whatever page I’m trying to find.

I was expecting better video and sound for what it costs. Some of the lessons look kind of dark and flat, and the audio levels jump around way too much... which gets old fast.
I’m trying to learn mixing, not squint at the screen or keep adjusting the volume every few minutes. The info is good, but for a site like this, the overall production just felt low to me!

I had to cancel after trying it out and was expecting a hassle. But the refund policy was clear, and they handled it fairly without any weird back-and-forth or guilt trip. It took a little bit of time, but nothing unreasonable. I blame whoever runs this for making the whole refund thing way less annoying than I expected. I’d trust them again because of it.

I downloaded a few resources from Mix With The Masters, and overall I’d say some of them are genuinely helpful. The file quality is solid, and I do like being able to keep them offline and go back to them whenever. That said, I’m not sure if I was expecting too much, but it felt a bit messy trying to find exactly what I needed. Some downloads had a lot of useful material, while others felt kind of light compared to what I had in mind. For the price, I guess I was hoping the whole setup would feel a bit smoother. It’s still decent if you already know what you’re after, but I wouldn’t call it perfect.

It’s frustrating when something is made out to be more thoughtful or detailed than it actually is

It’s not awful or anything, but the pricey subscription thing just wasn’t worth it for how much I actually used it...

I’ve been using Mix With The Masters for a while now, and overall I really like it. The genre coverage is strong, especially for pop, hip hop, rock, electronic, and more organic-sounding sessions. It’s nice having enough variety that I’m not stuck watching the same kind of mix every time. That said, I do get a little annoyed when it’s not super clear what certain sessions actually cover until you dig into them. I wish the communication around the content was a bit more straightforward. I’d also love to see more metal, indie bedroom-style production, and world or Latin sessions since those feel a little underrepresented. Still a really useful platform overall, just not quite perfect for me...
